Terms of service

Article 1 – Members

“Member” refers to an individual who applies for membership in accordance with our procedures and agrees to these terms. “Member Information” refers to personal information and transaction history disclosed to us by the member.

These terms apply to all members and must be observed during and after registration.

Article 2 – Registration

Membership Eligibility
Customers who apply and agree to these terms become members upon completion of registration. Registration must be completed by the applicant themselves. Proxy registration is not permitted. Applications may be declined if the applicant previously lost membership or is deemed inappropriate.

Input of Member Information
Please enter accurate information. Special symbols, old characters, and Roman numerals may not be used. We may modify such entries if necessary.

Password Management
(1) Passwords are for personal use only and must not be shared.
(2) Members are responsible for managing their passwords securely.
(3) Any action taken using your password will be considered your responsibility.

Article 3 – Changes

Members must promptly notify us of changes to their registered information. We are not responsible for damages caused by failure to update information.

Article 4 – Cancellation

Members wishing to cancel must complete the designated cancellation procedure themselves. Membership will terminate upon completion.

Article 5 – Purchasing Products

Members may purchase products through this service. A sales contract is formed when we send shipment confirmation.

We may cancel contracts if fraudulent or inappropriate conduct is detected. Orders must be placed by the member. All responsibilities remain with the member.

Shipping is limited to within Japan.

Article 6 – Loss of Membership & Liability

Membership may be revoked for false registration, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct.

Members are liable for damages caused by: unauthorized use of passwords, system interference, intellectual property infringement, or violations of these terms.

Article 7 – Suspension of Service

We do not disclose member information without consent except when legally required or to protect our rights.

We may send information and advertisements to members. You may opt out except for essential service notices.

Article 8 – Prohibited Conduct

Members must not violate laws, infringe rights, harm public order, submit false information, send harmful programs, access systems illegally, or share passwords.

Article 9 – Service Interruption

We may suspend service without notice for maintenance, system overload, disasters, or other unavoidable reasons.

Article 10 – Changes to Service

We may modify or discontinue services at our discretion without notice.

Article 11 – Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damages caused by system failure, unauthorized access, viruses, or violations of these terms.

Article 12 – Amendments

We may revise these terms at any time. Revisions take effect upon posting.

Article 13 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The court with jurisdiction over our headquarters shall have exclusive authority.
