Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference or convenience.
We only accept returns in the case of damage, defects (initial failure), or incorrect items.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damage or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Return Eligibility (When Applicable)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it:
unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You must also provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number).
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us in advance at info@toshiki.studio.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
• Custom-made / personalized items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Hygienic goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current item (if eligible). After your return is approved, please place a new order for the desired item.
EU Cooling-Off Period (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)
For orders shipped to the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any reason.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when received: unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is also required.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international returns (EU included).
However, in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Credit Card Refunds
For credit card payments, refunds are handled by adjusting the transaction amount through your card issuer.
If your original charge has already been finalized due to your card’s billing cycle, the amount may be charged once, and then offset or refunded on a subsequent statement.

For items purchased at a physical retail store (not through this online shop), please contact the store where you made your purchase.
