After shipment, you can track your package using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

Up to 2kg: ¥2,500
2–5kg: ¥5,000
Over 5kg: ¥10,000

* International shipments are sent via our designated carriers (e.g., EMS / UPS). Carrier selection is not available.

International shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to long-term absence, incorrect address, or other reasons, we will handle it at our discretion.

If you wish to have the item reshipped, please contact us.
