Customers cannot request a specific carrier or shipping method.

Dispatch or delivery may take longer than usual due to production, inspection, traffic conditions, weather, destination, or peak periods.

Delivery date and time requests and gift wrapping are not available.

Returned Shipments

If an order is returned because of prolonged absence, an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or unpaid duties or taxes, we will review the situation and respond accordingly.

If reshipment is requested, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges, customs costs, storage fees, and other related expenses.

Eligibility for cancellation or refund after a shipment has been returned depends on the condition of the item and the costs incurred.
